We recognize the unique struggles and barriers to care that are often experienced by Transgender people. Maybe you have wanted to discuss Transgender hormone therapy but didn’t know where to seek help. Maybe you're already undergoing hormone therapy but are having to travel several hours or over 100 miles to receive the medical care you seek and deserve.

We want you to know we are here for you. We have a Transgender Hormone Therapy program that follows standard protocols as you explore your options for hormone therapy. Our caring and compassionate team of behavioral health and medical professionals will walk alongside you every step of the way.

We accept most health insurance plans, and we participate in the Louisiana Medicaid program. We are not a free clinic; however, we offer low-cost medical treatment for those people who do not have health insurance.

We also want to help make healthcare affordable. We have a Sliding Fee Discount Program for our patients whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. There’s some paperwork that needs to be filled out, as well as documentation of your income, so please talk to one of our Front Office Coordinators to find out more!
